How am I going to be paid?You will be paid in gross USD on monthly basis by wire transfer to your local bank account. As independent contractors, workers are responsible for paying their own income taxes. We recommend getting local tax advice to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Do I paid extra for over time?We strongly recommend working up to 40 hours per week to promote work-life balance though there might be some occasions where you can be paid overtime if completely necessary, with your manager’s approval.
